BALTIMORE-A Hanover developer is planning to convert the old Hendler Creamery building in the Jonestown neighborhood of Baltimore into a mixed-use property with residential units. Kevin Johnson, president and CEO of Commercial Interiors Inc., has paid $1.08 million for the 97,500-square-foot structure at 1100 E. Baltimore St.

Developers Kenneth R. Banks and Martin P. Azola were the sellers. Alexander Lofft of Martek Global Services Inc. represented the buyer in the deal. The new owner is officially known as Hendler Creamery Development LLC. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
