TEMPE, AZ-C2 Tactical Indoor Shooting Range, headed by investor Boe Bergeson, has recently bought a 17,219-square-foot retail showroom at the Emerald Design Center near Warner and Priest Drive in Tempe for $1.12 million. Bergeson is planning to open the facility in early next year.
C2 Tactical has chosen RJM Construction Co. to renovate the space. It will join Mattress RX, LMC Home Entertainment and La Casona Furniture in the Emerald Design Center. Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Inc. handled the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
