MANCHESTER, UK-Land Securities has bought The Printworks, a dominant leisure scheme in central Manchester, for GBP 93.9 million. The property was developed in 2000. It is situated close to the Manchester Evening News arena, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and the Arndale centre.
