ATLANTA-Wood Partners of Atlanta and San Antonio-based Admiral Capital Real Estate Fund have bought 209 apartment units in The Brookhaven, an urban high-rise situated on the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. This is the first multifamily acquisition for the Admiral Fund, a joint venture between the Admiral Capital Group and USAA Real Estate Co.
