In Encinitas, GDM Properties LLC sold a 5,310-square-foot office structure at 2122 Encinitas Blvd. for $1.95 million. In Poway, Library Plaza Poway LLC bought a 2,380-square-foot retail structure at 13202 Poway Road for $600,000.
In Oceanside, Artgab Coast Properties Inc. bought a 19,461-square-foot industrial facility at 1342 Rocky Point Drive for $1.78 million and in Escondido, J3 Investment Group LLC sold a 12,519-square-foot industrial facility at 650 Alpine Way for $1.45 million.
