AUSTIN, TX-Koontz McCombs of Austin and San Antonio has sold The Remington, an apartment community consisting of 344 units in North Austin, to a private investor. Terms of the deal were not revealed. The multifamily property, constructed in 2007, sits on 17.4 acres of land on the north side of State Highway 45.
The buyer is from the Pacific Northwest. Drew Kile, Scott Lamontagne and Will Bathrope from Institutional Property Advisors, a brokerage unit of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
