
COOL SPRINGS, TN-The Lionstone Group has recently purchased the Carothers Building, a four-building office park in Cool Springs, from J.P. Morgan Asset Management. The Houston-based real estate investment firm paid $96.1 million for the Class A office park.
The Carothers Building, which sits on a 50-acre land, comprises 509,000 square feet. J.P. Morgan acquired the property for $69.75 million in 2006. The property was constructed in 1994 to accommodate Ford Motor Credit. The Southeast Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
