
SIOUX CITY, IA-Penn National Gaming, Inc. has submitted two proposals to the Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission for a gaming and entertainment destination in Woodbury County, Iowa. The first proposal is for a $160-million Hollywood Casino Sioux City and the second is for a $167-million Hollywood Casino Siouxland.
Hollywood Casino Sioux City will comprise a 33,000-square-foot casino and its $40-million phase II will provide a 150-room hotel. Hollywood Casino Siouxland will have a 150-room hotel as well as a similar-sized casino and other amenities. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
