SAN DIEGO-CoStar Group reported that Bartell Hotels Management Co., based in San Diego, has bought Villa Norte shopping center situated in La Jolla for $7.2 million. The center comprises two retail buildings totaling 19,702 square feet at 3211-3251 Holiday Court.
The shopping center was developed in 1977. It was sold by LNR Property Corp. Marcus & Millichap negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
