SAN FRANCISCO-Farallon Capital Management and Larkspur have sold the last hotel of an 11-hotel portfolio. A group of investors from Canada has snapped up the Larkspur Hotel Union Square, a 114-room hotel in San Francisco, for $16.6 million. The Vancouver-based group of investors paid $145,614 per room for the property.

The property will be re-branded as the Cartwright Hotel. The buyer was represented by Richard Ehmer from The Ehmer Group and the seller was represented by Eastdil Secured. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
