SAN JOSE-Samsung Semiconductor Inc. has leased and occupied a research and development building measuring 51,151 square foot at 217 Devcon Drive in San Jose. Terms of the lease were not revealed. However, the asking rent per square foot at the site was $1.2. In the transaction, Cassidy Turley negotiated on behalf of both the tenant and the owner, Deerfield Realty Corp.
