BOSTON-Harold Brown has expanded his multifamily properties in Boston with the acquisition of four apartment buildings in the Allston neighborhood. The four buildings, which comprise a total of 91 apartment units, are located at 10-20 Armington St., 26 Allston St. 1799 Centre St. and 34 Gardner St. in West Roxbury.
Brown purchased the four apartment buildings from the Kiaran Co. for $18.5 million. He is the CEO of the Hamilton Co. The deal was brokered by Boston Realty Advisors. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
