PELL CITY, AL-The Bennett Group has completed a $15.8-million renovation of a rental community in Pell City. The group converted the community into townhomes and multifamily houses and reopened the 72-unit Jubilee community on November 8.
The community is located at 700 Jubilee Circle. Enterprise supplied $13.3 million in equity for the Pell City project. Troy Bank and Trust provided a $10-million construction loan and the Alabama Multifamily Loan Consortium provided a $2.6-million permanent financing for the project.
