NEW YORK CITY-Lobel's Kitchen has signed a 2,450-square-foot lease at Trump Plaza located at 1030 Third Avenue on E. 61st Street to open a new store. The lease runs for 15 years and the asking rent per square foot was $250. In the deal, Adam Kramer, Rick Dana and Gary Dana of the
Dana Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman brokered for the tenant.
