NEW YORK CITY-Paramus, New Jersey-based Vornado Realty Trust reported that the partnership that holds 1290 Avenue of the Americas, a 2 million-square-foot office building, has secured $950 million in refinancing for the property. The REIT owns a 70% controlling stake in the partnership that owns the Manhattan office building.
The 43-story building is currently undergoing a renovation. Its tenants include AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co., Cushman & Wakefield, Microsoft, Bryan Cave LLP, Warner Music Group, Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto and Morrison & Foerster. For the full story, go to New York Business Journal .
