NEW YORK CITY-Japanese confectioner Royce Chocolate has leased a 400-square-foot space at 509 Madison Avenue to open its first location in the United States. The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rent for the ground-floor space located between East 52nd and East 53rd streets was $800 per square foot.
