NEW YORK CITY-SpotCo has signed a 23,402-square-foot lease at 114 W. 41st Street. As per the deal, the advertising company will occupy the entire 18th floor and a portion of the 17th floor of the building located between Broadway and Avenue of the Americas.
In the lease, Cushman & Wakefield's Mark Mandell and Carri Lyon brokered for the tenant, while the ownership was represented by Ashlea Aaron, Peter Alden, David E. Green and Tara Stacom, also from Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to New York Post .
