EDINBURGH-Cordea Savills has completed a GBP 28-million student housing project in Edinburgh for its Student Hall Fund. The new student accommodation, called Sugar House Close, is located in the heart of Edinburgh. The Fund developed the halls of residence after acquiring the property in May 2011 for GBP 8.25 million.
Sugar House Close provides 151 studios, 121 en-suite rooms and 28 "twodios". It is now fully leased to the students of the University of Edinburgh. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
