
CHICAGO-Two developers are making detailed arrangements for a $220-million mixed-use project in Uptown. A venture between Norridge-based Harlem Irving Cos. and Chicago-based JDL Development Corp. is planning to construct a 30-story building with nearly 620 apartment units at the northwest corner of Clarendon and Montrose avenues. The developers have also planned to construct a nine-story building with nearly 150 apartments on the north side.
