
BUFFALO-The old Buffalo School No. 60 is being transformed into an apartment complex. Work has formally started on the conversion of the former Buffalo school property into the Riverside Apartments, a complex featuring 68 units. DePaul Key Housing is carrying out the $20-million apartment project on Ontario Street.
Proposed plans call for 57 one-bedroom units and 10 studio apartments as well as a two-bedroom unit. R&P Oak Hill is overseeing the construction work. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
