GLEN ELLYN, IL-An apartment investor from San Francisco has agreed to purchase the Berkshires of Glen Ellyn, a 264-unit apartment community in west suburban Glen Ellyn. Friedkin Realty Group is buying the multifamily property from Boston-based Berkshire Property Advisors LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The apartment complex, located at 325 Ramblewood Drive, was constructed in 1975 and refurbished in 2007. It was 96.8% occupied in the third quarter. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
