NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, UK-Terrace Hill has reached a contract with Darlington Borough Council to develop a new GBP 30-million leisure complex on 1.9 acres of land in Darlington. The company will redevelop the former Feethams bus station into a 140,000-square-foot complex.

The Feethams leisure scheme will include an 80-room hotel and a nine-screen multiplex cinema as well as a number of shops, restaurants and bars. The scheme is expected to be completed by December 2014. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
