CHARLOTTE, NC-Trinity Capital Advisors has bought a fourth structure in the Toringdon office complex in south Charlotte in a joint venture with Madison International Realty and Stockbridge Capital Group. The Toringdon 2 building was sold for $8.5 million.

The 72,500-square-foot building at 3430 Toringdon Way is 100% leased to tenants such as Coats, Metso Paper and Keller Williams. It was sold by a subsidiary of Madison International Realty.
