AUSTIN, TX-Hanover Co., a multifamily developer based in Houston, is preparing to break ground soon on a planned apartment project just south of the well-known Uchi restaurant on South Lamar Boulevard. The Austin American-Statesman reported that the new project, Hanover South Lamar, will start later this month and will be finished in fall 2014.
The Hanover South Lamar project will comprise 340 apartment units, 6,000 square feet of office space, a coffee shop, two movie theaters and a clubhouse. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
