BOSTON-Cambridge-based NEPC has leased the top three floors totaling 43,185 square feet in a 12-story building situated at 255 State Street in Boston's Financial District to house its headquarters. Terms of the lease were not revealed. At present, the company runs its headquarters at One Main Street. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal for both the tenant and the owner.

According to Cushman & Wakefield's Debra Gould, NEPC will occupy a more modern space in Boston for a lower rent when compared to Cambridge. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
