RALEIGH, NC-A second major building in the Greenfield business park situated in Garner has a new owner. Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group has purchased the 180,000-square-foot Pergo distribution center building for $8 million.
A partnership of four family trust groups, functioning through First American Exchange Co., sold the Pergo building, which includes 4,770 square feet of office space and 175,230 square feet of warehouse space. Ann-Stewart Patterson and J.D. "Butch" Miller from CBRE's Raleigh office brokered the deal on behalf of First American. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
