
EULESS, TX-Pure Multi-Family REIT LP has obtained $32.08 million in acquisition financing for Stoneleigh at Bear Creek, Class A multifamily property in Euless. The REIT secured the seven-year Freddie Mac loan to help purchase the 436-unit apartment community at 1401 Highway 360.
The apartment complex, built in 2007, is 97% occupied and is situated beside the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged the loan for the REIT. In the deal, the HFF team was headed by John Brownlee. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
