CHICAGO-CBRE Inc. reported that Standard Parking Corp. has leased a 40,793-square-foot space at the Aon Center, a 2.5 million-square-foot East Loop tower, to house its headquarters. CBRE's Todd Lippman and Kyle Kamin negotiated the 12-year lease on behalf of the tenant. Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. based in Norcross, Georgia is the owner of the 83-floor Aon Center.
