CHARLOTTE, NC-Agree Realty Corp. has purchased the Harris Teeter store situated on the ground-floor space of the Fifth & Poplar condominium project in uptown Charlotte. The Michigan-based real estate investment trust acquired the 18,000-square-foot store for about $3 million.
The store is located at the corner of North Pine and West Sixth streets. AEJR Venture, a company controlled by Jim Dulin of Spectrum Properties, was the seller. Harris Teeter's lease runs through 2023. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
