SAN JOSE, CA-Cassidy Turley has negotiated three new leases at 10 Almaden in San Jose on behalf of owner Equity Office. Move Inc. has leased a 32,405-square-foot space in the seventh and eighth floors of the 17-floor Class A office tower spanning 309,255 square feet at West Santa Clara Street. Malwarebytes has leased the entire 10th floor space measuring 21,924 square feet and Rosetta has signed an 11,640-square-foot lease.
