LARGO, FL-Anchor Keene Plaza Ltd., a unit affiliated with Century Retail LLC of Lakeland, has sold Keene Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Largo, for $6.2 million. The 78,982-square-foot retail center, located at 2100-2200 East Bay Drive, was purchased by Paradise Ventures Inc.
The retail property, renovated in 1999, is 88.4% leased to tenants such as Bealls Outlet, Dollar General and Save-A-Lot. HFF negotiated the deal on behalf of Anchor Keene Plaza. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
