BOSTON-Avalon Bay Communities has filed new plans with the Boston Redevelopment Authority for a 38-story residential tower atop a below-grade parking facility on Nashua Street beside the TD Garden and North Station in Boston. The company has plans to construct Nashua Street Residences, a 503-unit apartment tower.
