CHICAGO-Citadel Investment Group LLC has reduced its headquarters space at Citadel Center by over 100,000 square feet with a 222,416-square-foot lease renewal. The hedge fund manager's existing 324,812-square-foot lease sets to expire at the end of next year. Dearborn Capital Group is the owner of the 37-story tower spanning 1.5 million square feet at 131 S. Dearborn Street.
