
LONDON-Dorsett Hospitality International, an Asia-based hotel group, has acquired the Matrix Building, a 47,720-square-foot office building in London, for GBP 14.05 million. Les Ross and Martin Ellis, joint supervisors of No 9 Aldgate Limited and partners of Grant Thornton UK LLP, were the sellers.
The building, situated beside Aldgate underground station, will be turned into a hotel. In the deal, Dorsett Hospitality International was advised by Coplan Estates and the joint administrators were advised by Doherty Baines. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
