NEW YORK CITY-N&S Wines has inked a 4,000-square-foot lease at 58-50 Francis Lewis Blvd. in Flushing, Queens, to house a new liquor store. The asking rent for the 10-year lease was $45 per square foot. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates is the owner of the property. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Grant Dolgin negotiated the deal on behalf of both the owner and the tenant.
