
WAUKESHA, WI-A group of Singapore investors have purchased the Meadowbrook Marketplace, a 112,000-square-foot retail center in Waukesha, for $10.3 million. The shopping center was sold by Bryce Styza Properties LLC.
The property is located at the northeast corner of Summit Avenue and Meadowbrook Road. It has stand-alone Walgreens and McDonald's buildings and a strip center. Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher Inc. will manage the property on behalf of the new owner. Patrick Gallagher and Matson Holbrook of Siegel-Gallagher represented the Singapore investors in the deal.
