400 Meeting Street Signs Student Housing Management Firm

CHARLESTON, SC—A 160-bed luxury student housing development is in the works in Charleston—and its property management firm was just assigned. Davis Property Group awarded the management of 400 Meeting Street Apartments to Greystar Student Living.

As its name suggests, 400 Meeting Street will be built on 1.17 acres of land on Meeting Street between May and Reid Streets. The location is in the Old and  Historic District of Charleston.

In terms of rentals, the Charleston student housing community will offer two and four-bedroom luxury apartment homes ranging in size from 863 to 1,515 square feet of living space. Each apartment home will be fully furnished and include a full-size washer and dryer. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, pet walk, courtyards, covered bicycle racks and a grilling area.
