SNELLVILLE, GA-Cousins Properties Inc. has sold The Avenue Webb Gin, a 351,000-square-foot retail center in Snellville, for an undisclosed amount. Birmingham, Alabama-based Bayer Properties LLC formed a joint venture partnership with institutional investors managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management to purchase the shopping center.

Current tenants in the shopping center include Barnes & Noble, Chico's, DSW Shoes, Francesca's Collections, Romano's Macaroni Grill, White House|Black Market and Ted's Montana Grill.
