
BIRMINGHAM, AL-Woodlawn Foundation Inc. is planning to build a 50- to 100-unit residential complex in the Woodlawn area. The foundation is expecting to purchase a smaller plot at 112 61st St. S. and the former Carver Apartments site at 6015 First Ave. S. for $100 from Birmingham.
