FAIRFAX, VA-Renaissance Centro has started construction on a planned multifamily property in Reston, Virginia. The new apartment community, named Parc Reston, will offer 360 single-, double- and triple-bedroom apartment homes.
Amenities in the new apartment complex will include an indoor lap pool, an outdoor rooftop pool, a rooftop clubroom, an indoor spa, ultramodern fitness center, a yoga/Pilates room, a conference and executive business center and onsite concierge service.
