BIRMINGHAM, UK-Ediston Properties and Europa Capital have bought Caledonian House, a 53,868-square-foot office and retail building in Aberdeen, and St. Philip's Point, a 97,469-square-foot office and retail building in Temple Row, Birmingham, for about GBP 22 million. Caledonian House and St. Philip's Point were sold by Premier Property Group and the LPA Receiver, respectively.
