
MINNETONKA, MN-Medica is close to a deal to purchase Carlson Real Estate Co.'s second office building in Minnetonka. The nonprofit health insurer has a deal to purchase 301 Carlson Parkway, a 215,000-square-foot office building, from Carlson.
Medica bought the 401 Carlson Parkway building in August for $42 million from Carlson. It leases nearly 80,000 square feet at 301 Carlson Parkway. The market value of 301 Carlson is $30.4 million.
