TAMPA, FL-Parmenter Realty Partners has paid $85.5 million to acquire Waterford Plaza and Island Center from Prudential Real Estate Investors. Waterford Plaza is a 12-story, Class-A office building spanning 245,016 square feet at 7650 Courtney Campbell Causeway. Island Center is also a 12-story, Class-A office property measuring 249,797 square feet at 2701 Rocky Point Drive.
Cushman & Wakefield's Michael Lerner, Rick Brugge and Mike Davis together with CLW Real Estate Services handled the sale. The properties had 85% occupancy rate at the time of sale. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
