SAN DIEGO-Holiday Fenoglio Fowler LP has arranged refinancing for two neighboring properties in the Gaslamp District of San Diego. The Keating Hotel Group refinanced the Mercantile Building and the Keating Hotel. The vintage buildings, which total 40,400 square feet, are located at F Street and 5th Avenue.
