FORT WORTH-CWS Capital Partners has acquired Firestone Apartments, a 350-unit apartment community near downtown Fort Worth. The multifamily property was sold by Behringer Harvard. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Built in 1999, the apartment complex features a wide range of resident amenities. CWS has plans to enhance the apartment interiors with upgraded cabinets, lighting, window covering, fixtures and new appliances.
