ESCONDIDO, CA-CoStar Group has reported that The Cove at Bear Valley, a 25,000-square-foot apartment community in Escondido, has changed hands for $4.9 million. Carmel, Indiana-based BVE Apartments LLC has sold the 24-unit apartment complex, located at 2530 Bear Valley Parkway, to San Diego-based Betty L. Miller LLC.
