PARIS-Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise has reached a contract with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to sell the hotel property at 251 rue Saint-Honore in Paris. Two boutiques, Dsquared2 and Ports 1961, and the Mandarin Oriental Paris hotel are currently occupying the building.

The net sale proceeds will total EUR 290 million. The sale proceeds as well the recent EUR 500-million bond issue will provide SFL with major significant capital to finance its growth as well as consolidate its position in Paris's commercial property market.
