MIAMI-An affiliate of Genet Property Group, based in Sunrise, Florida, has picked up six industrial buildings totaling 220,000 square feet in Cutler Bay for $9 million. Sarah Canal Co. was the seller. The Industrial portfolio was developed between 1972 and 1984.
The properties, which comprise 138 units, are located at 10755 and 10715 S.W. 190th St.; 10918 S.W. 188th St.; 10700 S.W. 188th St.; and 10510 S.W. 185th Terrace.
