CHICAGO-An affiliate of Centrum Properties Inc., based in Chicago, has sold a retail center in Wheaton for $4.8 million. The 12,996-square-foot property, located at 2200 N. Main St., was purchased by a venture managed by Chicago restaurateur Louis Hong.
The retail property is fully occupied by tenants including GameStop, Starbucks and Verizon Wireless. Chad Firsel of Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
