
COLUMBUS, OH-An affiliate of Trident Capital Group based in Boston has sold a distribution center measuring 509,000 square feet at 2727 London-Groveport Road in Columbus for a price of roughly $13.6 million. An affiliate of Cabot Properties Inc. also based in Boston is the buyer of the industrial property situated close to Rickenbacker International Airport. Trident Capital bought the building for $13 million as part of a larger acquisition in three years ago.
